Talent import strings MAY not import Hero Talents alongside Spec Talents. This happens if you are currently playing the opposite Hero Talents, like playing Soul Harvester Affliction and trying to import a Hellcaller Affliction build. This is a BLIZZARD issue and will hopefully be fixed soon. If you import a build and the Hero Talents are blank, select & fill the other Hero Talent tree.
